We had 9 hurricane rated windows installed by Jones and couldn’t be happier. These guys may not be as big as some of the other window companies but damn, they’re good. Quality windows and quality installation. Steve, Garret and Josh were very professional and when everything was done, our house looked as clean as it was before they showed up.
I highly recommend this company!

This was not the first time to the window rodeo for my wife and I in replacing our windows with hurricane/noise reduction ratings. With the high costs for windows and doors today, we are doing this in phases. Phase one, we went with a well known reputable window company. We experienced a couple of bumps along the way but overall still met our satisfaction.
We were all ready to go with them for phase two but word of mouth lead us to Jones. I visited their facility and found their products to be high quality and reasonably priced. Just as important, their employees; from sales, office support and installation crew, are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Their whole process was seamless. Not one bump and together they exceeded our expectations.
We plan to utilize their services again (hopefully our final phase) without feeling a need to search out other quotes. I highly recommend Jones Window and Door.
From my initial meeting with their sales representative all the way through installation of the sliding glass doors I had a great experience with Jones Window and Door. Installers Danny & Josh were very professional and worked hard to install the doors. After installation their was a small issue with one of the handles and they sent a service technician over right away to fix the issue. Tracy their service scheduler was great to work with! I highly recommend them.
I ordered a storm door for my condo through Lowe’s, and the installation was handled by Jones Window & Door. On the day of installation, they called ahead with an estimated arrival time and were very punctual. The installer, Kyle, was pleasant and courteous throughout the process. He removed the old door and installed the new one smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Jones Window & Door for any installation needs.
