Almost 3 years later & we’re still very disappointed with the work from Johnson’s Pools. The pool liner has been coming out of its tracks and the 1st step of the pool has always had ripples since installation & they’ve been getting worse as the months go on. We have called & told them about it but they do not stand behind their work. They have sent 1 guy out to put the liner back in the tracks and when asked about the ripples on the steps the guy said it’s bc the liner was mismeasured & there’s nothing they can do about it. The worst pool company and $9,000 spent with them.

I'm amending my previous review. While I loved the installation process and they did a great job, their service is sadly lacking. It takes weeks to be seen and we just found out that the extra we paid for lights is just an added, WORTHLESS expense because their installation was shoddy, resulting in water getting into the light housings. At $975 per light, times 2, you can imagine we'll have a dark pool from now on. LED lights last an average of 10 years; our pool is 3 years old. When I called them for service, I was told it would take months to get service. I asked why my 3-year-old lights would burn out and got a very deadpan, "I know nothing about that, ma'am. It's $975 per light and "150/hour to install." Another company was here within a week and it was one look to see water in the housing. Lights burned out because Johnsons didn't install correctly. They don't back their work and they give the impression that service is not a priority. Makes me sad and angry. Use them at your own risk. Great installation support, but don't bother calling them when you need help later. I added pictures of the wiring they used to install my pool lights. Bad sheathing exposed the wires. Lights didn't stand a chance.

You won't be sorry if you choose Johnson Pools! They provide superior installation and customer service. We contacted 4 different companies and these guys were by far the best to work with. In our opinion, they provide the best value by far. Installed pool and enclosure January 2019.

The best experience I have ever had with getting a large project completed. From beginning to end the owner Dan was there ensuring all was done correctly. Dan and all employees were the most professional and to down to earth company I have ever worked with. At the end of the project Troy was the most knowledgeable and friendliest technician I have ever seen. Throughout the whole experience the whole company (Dawn, Alex, Wendy) was so professional and down to earth about all. Glad I selected them from the 5 pool builders I contacted. If you need a need pool you should strongly consider them.

If you leave a negative review on here Johnson's will respond back stating they will fix it or make things right but in reality we reach out directly to them and they tell us the warranty has expired within the 3 years from installation. This just goes to show their quality of work, professionalism, and products are not 5 stars. By far the worst pool company in the area.

Mari called me before showing up and when he did arrived he introduced himself and went right to work fixing my liner. Took him a little bit over a half hour. From the time I called about my problem to finishing the repair took 3 days. Everyone was very nice and very professional throughout the whole process. I had one liner replaced by Johnson’s pools and will be having them replace it again when It’s needed. It’s a good business. I would definitely recommend them.
