We always knew the schedule and the next step of the process. Kevin taught us how to operate the pool mechanicals and even guided us past some after hours issues. Austin was informative and expert in walking us through final steps. Finally, the pool turned out perfectly. We love it.
My wife and I contacted barrier reef pools in hopes we could install a pool in a very small space. They did more than deliver! I would highly recommend this company for any pool installation. Barrier Reef is a joke of a company. They are the quickest company to cash your check, but they are the worst at customer service. We have had our pool for the past two and a half years and it’s been nothing but problems. We have had issues with our ozone system (replaced twice) filtration and electrical systems, we had our remote and lights repaired multiple times. Now my whole pool has become discolored with weird stains at the bottom as well, which we should have a 10 year warranty, but their front office says that because we don’t have a paper trail from a pool maintenance company showing them maintaining our pool for three months, that there is nothing they can do. I originally was going to get a gunite pool, but John from Barrier Reef pools convinced me otherwise. ANYONE that is thinking about this company, please run the other way. Do not believe me, look at these pictures and do not make the same mistake I made. More than 35k down the drain. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
