We are new to the area and just bought a house. We knew we wanted an in ground pool so I did a lot of research and visited quite a few pool companies before making my choice to go with Fagan Custom Pools. His price was within everyone else. Mr. Fagan came to our house on time everyday. He was first one here and last one to leave.. He explained every process of the installation all the way to the maintenance of the pool. What he calls, (Pool School ). Mr Fagan and his crew were very professional and did excellent work. I have found it hard to find people that take pride in their work anymore but Mr Fagan is an exception. I highly recommend Fagan Custom Pools to anyone who is looking for a pool and quality work. My wife and I could not be happier.

Mr Fagan and his team did an outstanding job from beginning to end. They were respectful of our property, they worked diligently all day every day, they were prepared for in-climate weather, they were kind, courteous, and professional. Fagan Pool put the pool originally in the house we bought so it made sense to have them replace the liner. Excellent decision. They were in and out in 4 days. Patched concrete and fixed a leak. Result is beautiful. Highly recommend them.

They installed our pool 14 years ago and we've never had an issue. They just replaced our liner and did another great job! We like that the owner, Richard, is always on the job. He's reliable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend whether you're installing a new pool or replacing a liner.

Reached out Mr. Fagan and he responded promptly. We had some ideas about the design, and he had the perfect fit for our property. The building process was flawless, Mr. Fagan was on site every day, and his team did a great job. They kept our property clean and neat during the construction. Mr. Fagan gave us daily updates during the building process, even sending pictures of the progress. I highly recommend Fagan Custom Pools for any pool needs.
