The project required proper permitting, inspections, and approvals, and everything was handled quickly, transparently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear from start to finish, timelines were met, and the execution was clean and precise.
It’s rare to find contractors who combine technical competence, speed, and professionalism at this level. I highly recommend JDL Electrical and would absolutely use them again for any electrical work.

I had hired another electrician who canceled at the last minute. Joe was easily reachable and was able to fit me in within a day. The guys that came out to install my outdoor lights were very professional and efficient. They did a great job and left no mess. I was extremely pleased with the work they did. I installed my generator with Reliable Power and then after the 1 year included maintenance contract lapsed, I shopped around for a cheaper maintenance plan. Big mistake. My experience JDL was very frustrating - they seem to be a small company with limited staff. I consistently had trouble scheduling them to come out for service. When they finally did come out, they missed the fact that my battery was dead. They don't seem to be engaged, customer focused or concerned with your specific issues. Many times, it took a week or 2 for them to even respond to my emails and I had to resort to multiple calls and texts to get their attention.
I went back to Reliable Power for my maintenance contract and they responded quickly, correctly diagnosed and replaced my battery, and restored my sense of confidence in my back up power solution.
