Jason was terrific. Showed up on time. Told me what to expect from this service call. When he was finished he informed me of what he did and what he found. All was good with my generator . He then sent via email pictures of his work to verify what all the readings were on the unit. Excellent service. Would highly recommend Jason from APS.
They are here doing the electrical/delay switches and removing the panel on the side of the house. Too early to review yet, but they are supposed to replace the riser which they forgot they were doing and now have to arrange another date with having FPL shut off my power again to replace the riser. Wish they were prepared to do this today so I don’t have to go through another day without power. Should have been organized better knowing what had to be done.
