One of the BEST Generac companies I’ve dealt with recently. First met Anderson Power Svs. at the home show at the Broward County Convention Center. I decided to move forward with the process for the generator after speaking with Jennifer at the home show. Talk about the multitasking of several companies together from FPL, gas company and others it went seamlessly- they did it well. Very impressive to say the least. From the office support staff such as “Kiki” who kept me informed of each and every process to Mr. James Friedley who finished and did a tutorial with me of how the generator works to technical app’s downloading and input. James was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. The equipment was professionally installed and my back yard was made back whole again. I’m happy I made this investment to my home. did it!!!

See all on Google ↗Overall experience went well. Communication was a bit inconsistent and getting rained on pushed back my install date instead of to next day to the next “weather day” which apparently is preplanned. That aside I am happy with the install and new generator!
I have hired Anderson Power Services twice and both times I have had a great experience. They arrive on schedule, and on time. The technician is pleasant and answers all my silly concerns and Kiki is pleasant and great to engage with on the phone.
Be careful on what you ask for with this company. My generator would not stay running so I asked for a technician to come and look at it. He did just that. Look at it and that 10min cost me 250.00. Technician said I knew more about it than he did. He could not even check the fuel pressure because he did not carry that specific tool. He didn’t know why he was sent to look at this type of generator because works on all new stuff. He recommended that Anderson Power Services not charge me anything as he did nothing. Just plug in the computer and it tells you what is wrong. So if you need someone to talk to this place is more than happy to talk with you.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Anderson Power on their fleet projects and they’ve been nothing short of amazing to work with. Their customer service is excellent, they’re attentive to every detail, always on time, and have a professional, friendly team. Truly a top-notch company!
