Erica came over instantly to replace a dead battery. She explained every detail, which went a long way toward validating the somewhat significant service charge. You never mind paying for the kind of speedy, professional, and detailed service that Erica provided.

I have had a terrible experience with Generator Supercenter. They did preliminary electrical work for my generator in May and noted that the final electrical run was a long run, but "we do it all the time." They set my 40W generator on the elevated stand on June 5, 2025. On the June 5 install they told me that they just determined that finishing my electrical was a bigger job than they planned for and they couldn't get it done for six weeks. Their schedule was full. They refused to bump anyone in the schedule despite their failure to plan for the electrical. The next day they called me to demand full payment and told me if I didn't pay the full balance, then Generator Supercenter couldn't schedule the rest of my work. When I tried to suggest that I pay the 2nd half when the job was done, they said, "read your contract, when the generator is set you, you owe us the full balance, etc etc..." And none of their side of the conversation was polite or showed any understanding despite my six week delay.
They didn't get my generator running until Sept 5 which was 12 weeks instead of the 6 weeks they had told me. I had placed my order in February of 2025. I always had to call them to find out what was going on. They rarely called me back and refused to communicate via email. I still have an open permit as of October 20 (today) even though I have called them 3 times to get them to close it. They have never called me back on the permit. They say it is "in compliance review." Nobody cares about me as a customer. About a month ago I had a conversation with the SW Florida install manager for Generator Supercenter and told him about my experience. I told him I was extremely unhappy. He said, "I'm going to talk to the President of the company and call you back." Needless to say he didn't call me back. As of Oct 20 the permit is still open. Today when I called again on the permit, I started to complain to the lady who said she was going to follow up on it, (I didn't swear or raise my voice) I just said I was sick and tired of chasing after them. She told me she really didn't need to hear that and said she'd call me back and hung up on me. The permit was issued April 10th. Photo of my generator is attached.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamoury today to learn all about our new 24K Generac Generator. He showed up prepared and answered all of my questions, plus a few I didn't know to ask. The maintenance plan handles most of the upkeep from here, and I"m happy to know Jamoury will be in the loop with us moving forward.

George Stout was amazing! He called before coming for our installation and training. Very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions and concerns. Explained that we need an additional module for charging our teslas on 220v. Did thorough checkout with loads from HVAC and Dryer. Just a great overall experience!

Today Chris F from the Generator Supercenter performed annual maintenance on pur generator. He was incredibly thorough and addressed a couple of potential long term problems. Pleasant and knowledgeable, he explained all his actions and walked through shut down procedures while the generator is under load. We have nothing but great things to say about Generator Supercenter!
