Had my 15 year old Generac house generator serviced by this company. They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business. The technician said that I have an "older unit" but it still works great.. (love that!).

Our house had a Generac generator installed 15 years ago. Recently, when it was needing a big repair, I called Gen-Power to come and give a quote on replacing the old Generac with a new one. The president of Gen-Power himself came out and performed a thorough inspection of the current setup and then provided a quote for exactly what I needed. He made sure to not oversell items that didn’t require replacement given the past setup. He was very professional and showed great integrity. Gen-Power provided a great quote along with a substantial warranty.
The installation crews were outstanding and the entire process was done with 3 work days after a wait time of just 3 weeks on the generator order. This is a local family-owned company…..and they were fantastic to work with. The service plan is also very competitively priced and we feel good that they will be the ones to service the unit in the coming years. This company gets my highest recommendation!

My Gen-Power representative was just out to service my generator. He very professional, efficient and also helped install a surge protector for my house and generator. He also warned me about my landscaping company directing water into my generator so that I could address that issue before extensive corrosion damage is done to the generator. I am very pleased with their service!
5 Star service for Gen-Power! Everything about this firm is terrific. They are extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, strong communication with the customer and great follow up! I wish other vendors operated the way the Gen-Power team works! They did a terrific job installing my home 26K Generac gas generator and coordinated all of the permitting and closing out of the permit as well.
