All Phase is one of the most customer-focused companies I’ve ever worked with. Technician Humberto Garcia could not have been more prompt, professional or helpful. He answered all of my questions and walked me through how to restart the generator in the unlikely event it is turned off. I want to take a moment to express my appreciation to your service technician Mayque Trejo.
He came to my residence this afternoon to install a Mobile Link cellular device on my Generac Generator.
He contacted me to advise his estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, gathered his tools and proceeded to install and connected the Mobile Link cellular device to my Generac Generator. After completing the installation, he started the generator to insure the Mobile Link device linked up with the Generac App on my cell phone.
He checked the oil, found the oil level was low and topped off the oil. Mayque also discovered a fastner was missing at the bottom of the center and right side generator panels and replaced the fastner.
Mayque went above and beyond to ensure my generator was in proper working order.
Also, I wanted to extend my appreciation to Bobbi Deroach for her assistance in resolving this matter. Thanks for great teamwork!
