The team and salesperson took their time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the entire process, from finding the perfect product to final installation. Their customer service, both before and after my purchase, was excellent. The product exceeded my expectations, and the team was patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I’m especially grateful for the generator — I’ve lost electricity twice in the past few months, and it performed flawlessly each time, keeping power running smoothly throughout my home.

I hired Generator Supercenter almost 10 months ago to install a new backup generator through the Costco rebate program. It has been a nightmare waiting for them to finish the job. At this point, all I have is a partially installed, rusting generator in my backyard that doesn't work and is not actually connected.

I paid them in full because they said that was required for them to complete the job, but then they ghosted me. They also did not provide the promised Costco rebate.

My advice: Run away! Find a more ethical, more responsive vendor.
