This company is incapable of managing any promised time-lines. I was given 3 different installation dates on 11/14/25 still remain without a working generator 5 weeks later. Getting through to this company to speak to someone was another issue. I regret wasting time with these people. I called another dealer and the issue was resolved the same day.
Mr. Juan Yapur in the office is very polite and friendly and the technician that came to my house his name is Diego. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew right away what was wrong with my generator and he fixed in no time. I had to wait six days for the appointment because they're very busy but it was worth the wait. Thank you.
I had a terrible experience with A & A Power Generators. I spoke with Carlos about an error code on my generator, and we scheduled an appointment for Friday, the 30th, between 3 and 4 PM. They insisted on collecting payment upfront via credit card, but I made it clear that I would only pay by check upon arrival or after the check-up was done. After going back and forth—especially since I have a warranty with Generac and needed to ensure parts and labor were covered—everything seemed settled.
Come Friday, no one shows up. When I reached out to Carlos, he claimed the appointment was never scheduled. This was shocking, considering we had been discussing this for the past week and had emails and confirmations to back it up. It seems to me that the real reason they didn’t show up was that they didn’t get their money upfront, or maybe they just didn’t want to work on a long weekend.
I have a newborn, and with the storms we've been having, we lose power frequently. My generator is essential, but A & A Power Generators clearly doesn’t care about their customers. If they did, they would have been at my home as scheduled. This is bad business, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They simply don’t value their customers.
Who ever thought that purchasing a whole house generator would be a piece of cake. I got a number of bids and Kathy was competitive. What sold me was the fact that she said it would be installed in two months whereas the other companies indicated 4 to 6 months. And you kow what-it was up aand running in less that 2 months. Every phase of the installation wet extremely smooth.I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Kathy.
I would not recommend them for your generator maintenance. They are more interested in collecting there fee, than the actual maintenance.
Refrence the issue A&A Power replied to, I was never contacted if I wanted a new battery. Had my phone on me all day no missed call or message. Which the other times I needed a battery I authorized it via the phone.
But this is not a the reason for the one star, it is a culmination of various thing through out the years I have noticed, which I will not go into to further degrade your company. Basically straw that broke camels back.
I guess the only person at fault here is myself for being to busy not to look for a new service company and or giving A&A power a chance.
Recently I found out from another neighbor who also used A&A dropped them a few years back for issues also.
I sandby my one star review so others dont make the same mistake.
