I from the States, but own a home and spend alot of time in Central America. I built a new home 2 years ago and decided it was time for a Generac back up generator due to consistent power interruptions that have become increasingly more common. Miami would be my shipping export location. Home Depot would have taken 7 days to 2 weeks just to ship it from their warehouse in Miami to my shipper in Miami so I decided to search other sources. I contacted 3 or 4 different Generac dealers in Miami and Kathy from AAA generator in Miami was very easy to get a hold of, she was very attentive, returned all calls and emails promptly and the best part she had the Generac 18 kilowatt in stock. I wired the money on a Tuesday afternoon, she receives it the next day Wednesday and was delivered to my shipper Thursday. I used air freight, shipping which went out Saturday, clearing customs on Monday and delivered to my home Tuesday in Central America and installed Thursday. The whole process took 1 week and I'm really stoked. AAA generators offered me a great price, the had the product in stock, had exceptional customer service and delivered it to my shipper the next day. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase experience and AAA generators in Miami. I feel it was the best choice and they pulled through 1000%. I had an alarm on my generator and requested a service call. The appointment was promptly set up and the service team showed up on time. The service technician immediately identified the problem and was able to make repairs from material he had on his truck.
Great company. I would highly recommend. They replaced my old generator with a new one, determined that the original contractors had taken short cuts and made big mistakes. Scott explained everything and was reliable, showed up when promised. Their prices are fair, they do things right, and they are reliable, you really can't ask for more.
