We had a plumbing problem in our apartment for more than eight days that no one had been able to fix. Finally, Frank Gay Commercial Services came, and specifically the technician Anthony Brown provided excellent service.

Anthony was able to repair something that no one else had been able to fix. His work was high quality, very professional, and he also left everything very clean and well organized when he finished.

I 100% recommend Frank Gay Commercial Services and especially Anthony Brown as an excellent plumbing expert. Thank you for the great service!

Called frank gay about a 5 year old hot water heater not getting hot payed the 120.00 for an emergency visit they set out a tech who determined it needed a new element! The tech gave a price of 750.00 to replace and we agreed!the tech didn't have the element he needed so he would have to come back the next day!the next day a different tech came and did not have the element that was needed!the tech then went to home Depot and got an element and started to replace the element!we have a video of the tech attempting to replace the element doing so in a violent way that he broke the element were he says in the video that we now had no choice but replace the hot water heater for2500.00 but had to come back another day!we made many attempts to complain to frank gay and got a run around when we would call they would tell us the person we needed to speak to was in meeting!left several messages with no return calls so beware of this company not good techs and up charging!

I asked them to inspect my AC. One guy came after half an hour of scheduled time. So I had already left. Then they charge my card $495. The manager shouted at me when I asked about the charge. Good thing I disputed the charge and got my money back.

Do not go with this company! They didn’t replace the right part and charged me $2k for changing the wrong part! They came for a commercial water heater and didn’t close the water before working so caused a leak. They changed 2k to only replace the pump. I had to hire another company to actually fix the thermostat. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You’re better off going with anyone else that knows what they are doing.

Also, I asked for an itemized list and they never sent it.

Continuing to use Frank Gay Commercial Services for replacement of electrical panels at our condo assn property. Mike Ingram & the whold crew are great. Highly recommend them.
