My parents recently had work done at their home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician Alexis, did an excellent job. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of their questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Overall, a great experience with this company we highly recommend them!

My relationship with Florala began in 2021 when they were recommended to me for my major remodel of a home I purchased. Joe helped me choose a Bosch for the house and a Daikin for the garage/workshop. He was super easy to work with, very knowledgable and put together a fantastic quote that even included removal and installation of the entire duct work for the house. Jason designed the entire system and Ted headed up the install. Together, the project was completed on time and worked perfectly! The following year I had Florala install new fiberglass insulation in the entire attic and over the garage which made a HUGE difference. Every year, I have Florala come and service my two AC units to keep them running in top shape. Unfortunately, almost 4 years after install, my Daikin mini split developed a leak in the evaporator mounted in the garage. Although Daikin took a bit of time to deliver the warranty replacement, Florala kept on top of things and immediately installed the new evaporator to get my garage cooled again. I HIGHLY recommend the crew at Florala and special kudos to Jason Deese (owner) for going the extra mile for me when I really needed help!!
Excellent company that does outstanding work. Fast, efficient and a fair price all with a warm, friendly and professional attitude. The work to replace our AC was completed on time, they were extremely clean and the finished product speaks for itself. I would recommend them to my own Mom.
I cannot say thank you enough! The Florala team are absolutely AMAZING, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. They talked me and my husband through every step until they got right to the issue. I appreciated the very methodic approach they took and the extra care to ensure all it's parts are in working order.
