The engineering team was thorough during the site assessment, ensuring the system was optimized for maximum output. Communication was excellent—they managed all the permitting and inspections without us having to lift a finger. The installation crew was professional, tidy, and clearly knew their craft. I just want to share this post. Better earth installed some solar panels a year ago, and my house now has no power. Do too melted wires and brackets...... The installers wasn't trained for the job or the business puts there faith into incompetent workers. Very poor business ethics. A gentleman from Duke energy came out today the see what he could find, he told me with out Evan digging around I'm looking at 4 violations and I don't know how your house didn't burn down k
If i could leave 0 stars i would. I have been trying to get in contact with these people for MONTHS. Regarding two micro converter on the solar panel being replaced. I have been calling and emailing . And i get the bare minimum of communication back. Its been since September. Im currently having to pay a monthly payment to these people on top of an addition power bill because 2 of the solar panels are not working and collecting as they should. They truly lack Communication and professionalism. Its been SIX MONTHS. Yet no one has come out here to do their job.
