The Castaways team did an amazing job installing my solar panels. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional and quick installation. I interviewed several companies and none were as knowledgeable and collaborative as the Castaways team. They really are experts in what they do. No crazy sales pitches, but focused on educating and making sure you have the best experience. I’ve been impressed with every single one of their team members. Very happy with my decision to partner with Castaways Energy. All of their reviews on spot on.

Keith came out today to troubleshoot a longstanding problem I had with a non-reporting inverter. Not only did he get to the heart of the matter and reconnect the panel, but he educated me on several other issues to help me get the most from my system. I'm deeply grateful for his expertise and willingness to teach. So glad to have Castaways providing us with maintenance services going forward!

The installation itself went very smoothly, and the install team was professional and easy to work with. That was the one clear positive of our experience.

Unfortunately, the sales and contract process did not meet the same standard. Important details that influenced our decision to move forward were not clearly documented or explained upfront. Also, the sales team was unorganized and lacked responsiveness, which led to inconsistent communication and made it difficult to get clear answers that we were able to trust. This created avoidable anxiety and stress.

For a project of this size and cost, customers should be able to rely on clear contracts and straightforward timely communication. Thankfully, now we can communicate with team members outside of sales.

In the end, we are happy with how everything looks.
