Mike managed the entire engagement with respect and professionalism and was not a sales push as other companies I spoke to. Mike answered all the questions I had and not only answered but added context and education to the answers to ensure I understood everything I needed to know to make a knowledgeable decision. The process from the start was easy with Mike and I got the system I needed which included Tesla PowerWalls as backup to the whole house. The install crew equally professional is also part of the Bob Heinmiller company as they do not outsource their installation making them 100% responsible end to end. The crew treated my house and the installation of equipment with care and cleanliness while keeping me up to date of next steps & events which I needed to take action such as Tesla & Nphase transition.

From start to finish the experience with Mike Lane has been fantastic. I never felt like I was being "sold" or "pitched" on anything. I felt like I was being educated on what would be best for my needs. Once installation started everything was smooth with a high attention to detail. I highly recommend Bob Heimiller. So much so that they are installing a new A/C for me this week. The solar system has been working flawless and producing more then enough electricity for my and my families needs.

I just had my system installed and started on solar this past Saturday. So far everything is functioning just fine. I am happy so far but only time will tell if I get my moneys worth (which I have to take responsibility for given the final decision on number of panels). I will definitely update this post after I get my Duke Energy permission to operate and I can get more data. I do love the way the App conveys all relevant power generating and usage data. As far as this Company is concerned, they had great communication and their workers were extremely kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

We could not be more pleased with the solar and battery system installed by Bob Heinmiller Solar Solutions. The process was smooth and efficiently done from start to finish. The sales staff was competent and listened to our thoughts and concerns. They were reassuring and not pushy as we designed our system. The schedule for installation and commissioning was reasonable and installation went smoothly. The work environment was clean and safe. The installers were friendly and explained how the components of the system would work together to provide the power and home backup solution we wanted. And once the system was online, we were instructed in the use of the apps associated with the system so that we could monitor system performance. It was a job very well done.
