The owner Gregg was amazing amazing amazing at assisting us with various roof issues. He was extremely thorough, great in communication and resolved all of our issues. We had a previous roofer that didn't do the job correctly and a neighbor recommended Gregg. Highly recommend
Florida Roof and Solar was an amazing company to work with in 2020 during the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. They installed a beautiful roof and was very efficient. I had some issues with money with my insurance company and paying the roofers on time but Donna worked with me and they stayed on top of my insurance company for payments. I definitely recommend this company.
Logan came thru our neighborhood because of a recent and scattered hail storm that we had in our area. He offered to take a look at no charge, and I thought it couldn’t hurt- even though our roof was only about 15 years old- rather safe than sorry! He assessed the roof for almost 30 minutes, and then came down and showed us the pictures and spots where the hail had hit, and also found many spots from wind damage and some missing shingles. He then proceeded into our attic to check if any of those spots had started a leak. I’ve never had anyone do this when looking at our roof! Sure enough there was some soft spots in the wood from leaks. He educated us thoroughly on our options, and felt strongly that we would be able to file an insurance claim, and we’d only have to pay for the deductible. We called it in right then and got a claim started. Which I’m glad we get to do it now instead of during hurricane season when our deductible would have more than doubled. We took no time out of our days to accomplish this because Logan met with the adjuster himself, and handled all the paperwork. The new roof looks great, and couldn’t be happier knowing we are safe this hurricane season. Now we are scheduling a solar consultation to talk about solar energy! Very impressed, and thankful for Logan helping us.
I had three estimates on replacing my aging roof. Joshua Workman of Florida Roof and Solar made the best impression coming in with the the best price on the highest quality 120+ mph Owen's Corning Roof. You need no less in Florida. Joshua's company was great to work with they keep me right up to date via email and text messages. They completed my roof in a very reasonable time and the work crew did excellent work and perfect cleanup. I highly recommend working through Joshua Workman at Florida Roof. I'm an older man that's done many things in life and I can tell you you won't find a better man to have help you.
We are house flippers and struggled to find reliable, professional and quality roofers over the years. However, Donna and Jimmy at Florida Roof and Solar Contractors were great to work with. They are both very professional and reliable and their prices are reasonable for the level of quality. They met our deadline for job completion and personally supervised the project from beginning to end to ensure that our needs and requirements were met; and although there were some bumps in the road (out of their control) they managed to handle the pressure with professionalism and promptness. We are glad to have finally found a roof company we can trust and with whom we will be doing a lot of business in the future.
