Jerome was very helpful and kept me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. He scheduled the work needed, and checked to see if it was done to our satisfaction. My husband was pleased with the work and the professionalism of the team that did the work. They were courteous and completed the work promptly, giving us advice on dealing with our squirrel population but not pressuring us to immediately commit to additional expenditures.
