I absolutely LOVE my beautiful chandelier! It looks amazing in my cabin. I accidently ordered the wrong cord/cable, but they made it easy to exchange it. A helpful tip: if you want the one with rope that is just like mine (in the attached pics), make sure to order the HEMP cord/Gunmetal socket with Brown stain. I ordered the 5 foot size. Elvis and Brittany were my customer service reps and were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend DutchCrafters if you want to add some beautiful and high quality pieces to your house or cabin!

Adam and Caden delivered my furniture from DutchCrafters today. They were very professional and moved the furniture into the bedroom without issue.

The quality of the furniture is great. My only complaint is that I paid for cedar drawer bottoms and they were not included. I’m sure DutchCrafters will reimburse me for the charge.

This is my second order from DutchCrafters and I highly recommend them to others, if you’re searching for quality hardwood furniture.

It was a delight and pleasure working with Billy Adams when placing an order for my customized table. Billy was very knowledgeable - and fun! - and answered all of my questions. He’s my rock star because I was able to order exactly what I wanted and he helped to make that happen. I would not hesitate to order from this company! I recently was in the process of ordering a Pottery Cabinet, but was undecided about the hardware for the doors and drawers. I called DutchCrafters and spoke with Diane in their customer service department, she was fantastic to say the least. She spent some time on the phone with me and explained all the options that were available and which ones matched the best. I opted for their in home, White Glove Delivery, should make for an easy, stress free delivery for sure. Really looking forward to having this piece of fine furniture being in our home and enjoying it for years to come.
