The Furniture Warehouse

My experience with Furniture Warehouse was great from start to finish. My sales people were Julia and Adam. I spent a lot of time in person with Julia and she was very patient with me. On Julia’s day off, Adam stepped in to finish the sale and get my order turned in quickly. He ended up having to show me several pieces of furniture via phone and text and did it without hesitation. After my order was complete and paid for, I had a discrepancy with a piece of furniture I was receiving and Jordan, the manager, was able to ge it resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Their delivery people were very easy to work with and always did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they would! The furniture looks great!! I would highly recommend! (Picture of bedroom furniture is just a stock photo of the furniture that I purchased, but it turned out wonderful!)

We had been searching for a very odd-sized piece of furniture to use as a stand for a 50" TV, and had just about given up when we walked into The Furniture Warehouse in North Sarasota. Julia was incredibly helpful and a great listener, and understood right away the height and width dimensions we needed. She quickly looked at their stock information and showed us a beautiful cabinet on the sales floor that was exactly what we were looking for -- and it was also very affordable. We were able to arrange for delivery in only 3 days and could not be happier with our experience. It was refreshing to deal with someone as knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as Julia!

Great place to find what you need for your FL home! Great selection of accessories as well! Julie and Jordan have been exceptionally helpful as we have shopped here a number of times. No matter where we look, we always come back.

Cecil from Bradenton Store was at the North Sarasota store for the first time filling in. When he approached me, he was professional and laid-back. Upon looking at leather reclining sofas, he gave me a couple of options with a couple of different features without pressuring me in anyway. When we discovered I was out of the delivery area he went out of his way to look at different options to help me get two sofas delivered. I was extremely impressed with his character, his knowledge of the products and in his discernment of offering different moving companies/U-Haul options. This was my first attempt at looking at furniture and I walked out with a deposit on two beautiful reclining sofas. I would highly recommend Cecil as your salesman. If I was to buy Furniture from Furniture warehouse again, I would go to the Bradington store just to have Cecil wait on me. There are still good people in this world.

I live in Central Florida and a large furniture store chain could not obtain my selected Panama Jack furniture without months on months delays.
I contacted Furniture Warehouse and spoke with Victoria.
Victoria was so helpful and caring! She had solutions and put me at ease about living in another city. No problem for this well established family business. They had entire collection ready to deliver!
Victoria spent time with me talking thru one room's small space, to carefully select pieces that would meet my needs and fit the space. I really appreciated her kindness, expertise, and dedication! Victoria also arranged same week delivery, and Furniture Warehouse prices are less for same items then the big box furniture store.
