We had a wonderful experience working with Kathleen at Ethan Allen while furnishing our new Florida home. We are absolutely loving our newly furnished living room. It was finally time to part ways with our 20 year old Ethan Allen sectional, and we knew we could expect great quality and service from EA - and we were not disappointed. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Had the great fortune to work with Kathleen, who was just amazing. She came to our home twice to ensure measurements were accurate, check on lighting and colors and get a feel for our space. She has a great eye and took note of the big picture and the small details of our home, while she listened to what was important to us and what we believed we needed.

This was so helpful as when it came time to shop the showroom, she was able to guide us to great selections, saving everyone time and keeping within budget. She put together a creative selection of fabrics and colors that would work well with what we already had in place. Kathleen worked to ensure that everything accommodated our household’s needs - including wheelchair mobility and our big black Labrador! She also took the time to utilize a few of our own pieces and tied them in to the finished space, which was great. Finally, Kathleen came to check on everything once it was delivered, made a few tweeks and even recommended a dog bed so our pooch will have his own spot!

We could not be happier with our new sofas, chairs, ottoman and tables. Kathleen is incredible to work with - knowledgeable, fun, friendly and always smiling!

After reading so many glowing reviews of Kathleen Beckett, we paid a visit to EA and heard her ideas for our new home being constructed. We spent many hours with her over the next several days and nearly furnished the entire house. Kathleen was friendly, enthusiastic and brutally honest.
