We made their acquaintance years ago needing a minor window repair. They came in a day or two when another vendor said they would only come in two months. Hurricane Ian damaged some of the windows and doors so we, as a result of their willing to do minor repairs, wanted to give them the bigger job. They replaced our entrance door, windows and interior slider unit. They made sure to follow up with finalizing the permit inspections and even after paying them in full, took care of the cosmetic trim installation and helped with insurance questions. Totally honest family business working with us.

This is Amelia Roman on Zinnea Street. The installers did a great job with my slider handle replacements, replacing one set of sliders, fixing one set of sliders & replacing my front door & window pane.

However; the installers left part of my old doorframe toward the back of my house by my gate instead of disposing of the door or placing it on the curbside for trash pick.

With my disability, I am unable to pick up the doorframe and haul it to the curb. This is the reason why it is 4 stars and not 5. I found this to be very sloppy & unprofessional.

I would appreciate if the installers come and take this partial doorway from the side of my home and dispose of it.

Worst professional experience of my life to date. They legit hung up on me and told me to read my email. They never called me to inform me of install issues when they didn't replace it on the scheduled day. When I called and left messages, they did not call me back. Stated I should have read their email. I did not give them my email!! They never emailed me. I corrected them via phone. They emailed me while I was on hold and then told me read it, hung up. Install looked like a 2 year old did it. Gaps, holes in caulking. Dripped caulking all over my garage and walls. I received a dented window screen. Donna stated she ordered me one not dented. I never received it. To date. Awful experience!!!

If you’re looking to replace your doors, start here. I just have all the interior doors replaced and for a great price. Joe is great! He’s so nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes having people in you house has a weird feeling but I never got that feeling with Joe and his crew. He’s also very good at what he does and pays attention to detail.

I had all my Windows and Sliders replaced to Impact all around my home. Been in Construction over 40 Years and Donna's Window & Doors has the best installer I ever met named Joe. It was an overall Pleasure to deal with Donna and the Office Staff. Extremely Professional to work with and very fair pricing.
