About five years ago, I had my entire home’s flooring completed through Don Bailey Carpets, and Vincent spearheaded the entire process from start to finish. He made everything smooth, organized, and stress free. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the floors still look amazing today.
Recently, I needed a repair done, and Vincent once again showed why he is so exceptional. I called him on a Tuesday, and he immediately arranged for his repair team to come out. The service was incredibly fast, almost same day. The issue was handled quickly and professionally, which gave me so much peace of mind.

Even years after the original project, he continues to show the same level of care, urgency, and attention to detail.
