The installation ruined the experience of getting a new floor. I have protested the credit charges. Don't give them your credit card information because they will charge the full price whenever they want. For quick setting concrete to cover the living room of 300 square feet they demanded prepayment of $900 and refused to produce the receipts. Complaints went unanswered.
After spending quite some time at another flooring store over the weekend, my husband and I decided to go to Dolphin Carpet and Tile and check out their inventory. We have purchased flooring with DC&T before for our previous homes. We were greeted by Vince immediately. He took his time explaining the flooring options we were considering. Not only did we find the perfect color flooring for our home but we couldn’t pass up the great “install price” per sq ft. Vince was very personable and a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to see the final look after installation and have confidence that we will not be disappointed.

Robert is a great salesman, he is super knowledgeable and at the same time give clients the space and time to make an informed decision without excessive pressure. The pricing practices of the company are a bit questionable, they had an advertising of up to 40% off for Presidents Day but in real life there was not applicable. At the end I got a great deal using a price match from a competitor.
We met with Vince, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking for, with options presented in various price ranges. We made a decision, set up the installation date, and were out of there in a little over a half hour.
