I had two 5X7 rugs cleaned and they came out very nice. The Fring was separating on the edges and they were able to repair them. I’m very happy with the out come and highly recommend them. The pickup and drop of was great too !

Took our rug to get cleaned by them. They had it for weeks. The rug looked dirtier when I picked it up than when it was taken. They try to show photos they had taken to show a difference in the rug, but taking an initial picture under yellow light and the result picture under a white light is obviously going to show a color difference. I’m out $500 and still have a dirty rug. Look elsewhere if you want your rug cleaned.
