I wanted to THANK both the Orlando Culligan sales representative Deborah and the unit installer Brandon for the great experience in the purchase of our new Aquasential Smart High Efficiency Water Conditioner. Deborah did a thorough job of evaluating our current water quality (chlorine and TSPs), explaining the benefits of the water softener and filtration system, and recommending the ideal system for my wife and I.
Brandon’s plumbing skills were on full display as he maneuvered space constraints in our garage that made installation a challenge. Brandon’s attention to detail and workmanship made the installation look totally professional.

We like the service technicians that have come out recently to adjust our system, which my wife said took care of some mineral deposits as well as kept our water soft enough. Also, as part of the platinum program, I have had two issues that came up since we bought the unit and installation 6 years ago and both times the technicians were friendly and able to figure out and repair the problem free of charge. Also, the customer service when I call for appointments, etc. has been very friendly and efficient. The only issue regarding the platinum program is the monthly cost which is a bit much for retired people.

I recently got installed a water softener in my house by Culligan and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Deborah Hutchison was professional, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. The technician that installed the equipment arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Culligan to anyone looking for reliable service.

We had Culligan install a whole house system for us about 3 years ago and it's been nothing but problems. Last time they came in to "fix" the broken pump, was Oct 2024, and it took several appointments before a tech finally showed up. The scheduler told me (unfortunately I don't have this in writing) that they would fix it, no charge, whatever it was because Culligan techs had been out here multiple times, we'd spent hundreds of dollars and the filtration still didn't work. After the tech said he fixed it - he never showed us an invoice, or an estimate, he just came in and said it was fixed after working on it for about 1 hr, we assumed it was done. Soon enough, it stopped working. We called a different company, ProTech, that guy told us the pump that Culligan had installed was 1) USED (not new) 2) installed incorrectly and 3) missing parts! We got a new pump and fixed replaced it (I still have the used pump if anyone from Culligan wants to see it!), but several months alter Culligan began demanding payment for the work they did in Oct 2024. I emailed, wrote via snail mail, emailed again, they completely ignored me and kept sending payment reminders. Finally I filed a complaint with BBB, but now they sent us to collections over work we never agreed to, work that was done incorrectly with used parts, and now they keep stalling BBB by claiming they're researching or the manager will call etc. This is the worst experience with any company I have had ever! I see many customers give them 4 or 5 stars, great. But I say stay away from these people, their techs can't fix your filtration system and the company seems to engage in shady practices. I mean seriously, installing a used pump, them months later demanding payment for a new one? Who does that???
