I recently moved and took my water filter with me. I needed someone to install it, and since I had previously used Blue Ribbon's services and was extremely happy with them, I called them and they did indeed send someone from their team to install it. Unfortunately, despite the excellent work they did, we couldn't use it immediately because the electrical display showed an error. Luckily, thanks to the great efficiency of Blue Ribbon, who handled the entire warranty process, despite the distance, they came not once, but twice to make sure everything was perfect, since it turned out there was another small problem besides the display issue. I love the way this team works; they are super organized and very attentive to every detail to ensure my equipment was working perfectly. And I'm thrilled with the results. Thank you so much, Blue Ribbon, for your service; I wouldn't trade you for anything.

This company is fantastic. They came out and troubleshooted my water filtration system. It was a small issue and the gentleman that came out by the name of Kester did a great job ! The price was free. He has a heart of gold. You should call this company up and you’ll be very happy for there services

I would not recommend this company to no one. They were quick to due there installation which quite frankly doesn't do what it was intended to do and say it would do. When the time came to service the equipment no where to be found. The owner or service manager Lester was very un professional and un educated when it came to the servicing the system they installed. Was argumentive on the phone and so forth. Don't do business in other areas if you cannot service them in a timely manner. Also don't install system that don't do what was said to do initially.

From the initial phone call, until the very end, BLUE RIBBON was absolutely Awesome! Kester the owner, his wife, Armando the installer, were such great people to work with. Kester’s knowledge, honesty and service is second to none. I am super picky about service, and really don’t do many reviews but everything was so perfect that I had to do this. I 100% guarantee that Kester and Blue Ribbon employees will do a flawless job with your new water system. Thank you guys and continued success. Richard
