Great service- bought a house with an installed unit I knew nothing about- called them and they walked me thru it, turns out the previous homeowner failed to keep it in working order so we replaced it. The owner understood what I needed and it's been a breeze ever since. Thank you for taking care of my new home like it was your own. I'd recommend Mike to anyone.
I have been using AWT since 2021 and they have been great. I have a well with a pressure tank and chlorinator. Mike and his team are responsive and diligent. They take care of the chlorine levels, and make timely maintenance recommendations. They are not a large company but surprisingly they do try to make urgent visits as fast as they can. They use cool software now that notifies you of the tech visit and who is coming. I highly recommend them.

AWT service tech arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient, completing the job in a timely manner. The carbon replacement did what it was supposed to, giving me the best cup of coffee I had in months. Kelley, in the office has also been very helpful when I called with questions. Definitely will use again.
