We don’t are Technician Brandon was a true professional. No he was a great work customer service but he does the repairs as if the pool was his own. Only what work is required for a value price. Carribian Pools Inc. and it’s technicians are truly the best.

We had Dustin from Caribbean Pools come out to repair our broken Intellichem automation controller. We had been struggling for nearly three months to get this issue resolved, with three other pool technicians visiting but none able to fix the problem.

Today, we are extremely pleased - not only did Dustin resolve the issue, but he went above and beyond by addressing additional pump concerns and taking the time to clearly and efficiently explain everything to us.

We give Dustin five stars for his outstanding service. Thank you!

I highly recommend Caribbean Pools, I have used many pool companies for repairs over the past 5 years. My pool is complex ….. They are the only company that got my pool running correctly. The technician Mitch was amazing. he is by far the most competent technician I have had repair my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable , courteous and explained the repairs very well. Mitch is an asset to this company.

Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. It could have been A very Expensive replacement part, but after troubleshooting, it turned out to be an inexpensive sensor replacement. Plus some free instruction on how to reset an operate the pool heater more efficiently

Brandon went above and beyond to identify and troubleshoot the issues my pool unit was experiencing. He was clear and concise in explaining the root cause and the necessary repairs.
