Baer's Furniture

I recently moved into a new home and needed a full furniture refresh — and once again, Baer’s Furniture delivered beyond expectations. Having had great experiences with them in the past, I didn’t hesitate to return, and I’m very glad I did.

As someone who does interior design and is particular about both quality and value, I knew exactly the style and pieces I wanted. I worked with Erik, a sales associate who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. With his assistance, I furnished much of my home and he made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and give advice.

The delivery was seamless — everything arrived exactly when I needed it, and the team was efficient and careful. There was a small hiccup shortly after delivery, and I reached out to Baer’s customer service. I was genuinely impressed by how easy it was to get a technician scheduled. Mitch, our service technician, was outstanding. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

It’s rare to find a furniture store that combines quality products, knowledgeable staff, and top-tier customer service — but Baer’s consistently does just that. Thank you to Erik, Mitch, and the entire Baer’s team for a job very well done!

We were shopping for living room furniture; a couch, 2 swivel chairs and a recliner/lift chair. We went to other furniture stores before heading to Baer’s Furniture. We should have saved some time and just gone to Baer’s! We had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Albina. She listened to our wants and concerns and we found the perfect solutions for our needs! Albina did not pressure us but instead wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decisions.We received our furniture today and we are happy with the whole experience!
After the sale Albina followed up to coordinate the best delivery date for us and again followed up after delivery to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Thank you Albina for helping us to make our living room a place where both my husband and I have comfortable and stylish furniture!

Sales team was very good. Delivery guys were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Had one issue with a reclining motor that was not working. Had to reach out to customer service to have one section of the couch replaced, We purchased this complete set on a Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday, but to get a replacement section, they told us it was gonna be at least a week and I have to say Their service was not all that great. Other than that issue, we had a great experience.

Laura did a great job showing us couch’s & finding us what we wanted with quality and long lasting furniture. She gave us great pricing, added an extra discount without even having to ask.

They just delivered our 1st piece, delivery team was fantastic.

We spent lots of time looking for a new sofa. We looked at this 3 times and really gave it a lot of thought because of the high price point was more than we wanted to spend. With it coming with a life time warranty we bought it. Delivery men were very good. We were disappointed that a couple cushions came with defects and that Huntington didn’t inspect the furniture well before it was sent to the store. We didn’t even have it for 30 minutes and we have to have service tech out. The store made that happen quickly. The piece looks amazing in our den. Our sales person Tracy was very informative and helpful with the process. I pray we don’t have to use the warranty anytime soon.
