Americas Generators

Terrible company. They lie and then wont stick to their word. I bought a rental ready unit from them a few years back. The paperwork did not match what I had asked for. They said they had a mix up and sent me new paperwork, but all they did was change the information on paperwork to satisfy what I needed. Generator got shipped to me and we put it onsite to find out that they had lied and changed the paperwork and this unit did not work for the application. When we tried to return this the owner said he couldn't do anything and offered $1,000.00 discount on a $75,000.00 unit. Got my corporate attorney involved and we got the unit returned minus 12k in shipping and lawyers fees. Bad business. I even took a trip to their factory before purchasing and met with the salesman in person and had a nice conversation, it was smiles and lies the whole time. The owner didn't fire the salesperson either. This is how they roll, they don't care, they just about the money and will lie to get it.

I had been searching for a Whole house Generator for quite a while. I was looking for quality and durability.
I spoke with Manny Queipo about the options I had for my criteria . Manny was very helpful in explaining to me my options , and helping me select the best generator for my needs. He guided me through the whole process and was able to recommend people for the permits and install. Manny was incrediblly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my question in detail. When I finally received the evaluation from the electrician I knew exactly what to order. The electrician was excellent .The staff at americas generators were very professional. Tamara kept me informed during the whole process and Juan Carlos was excellent at coordinating the delivery date and time . The timing was perfect . The delivery driver was patient and arrived early ,and waited till the crane arrived.

Overall it was a great total experience. I highly recommend Americas Generators for all your power needs. Manny and the staff were amazing. Excellent work!!!

Great buying experience! - We contacted several companies looking for Generator information and pricing. Spoke to Nestor at Americas Generators. He was very knowledgeable and seemed more interested in making sure we were getting the right generator for our business, than making a sale. Then, when the quote came in, it was much lower than other quotes received, plus they have it in stock, when other companies were quoting 6+ months! We placed our order and can’t wait to receive our new Triton generator. Every company should conduct business this way.

You can stop looking for a generator company no matter what your needs. My company was in a dire need of backup diesel generators, like ten units. All other companies wanted a minimum of 9-12 months to deliver. I contacted Americas Generators and was put in contact with Manny and right away I was impressed. Not only could they get me the generators I needed they could delivery in a fraction of the time of their competition. Manny worked with me to make sure we were getting the best units in the fastest time.
In the future if we need more generators there is only one company I'll reach out to, Americas Generators !!!!
