Really great experience. Alternate Power has that smaller more personal feel. Still a capable generator services company but I like the communication better than the corporate outfits.

Evan was an outstanding, polite and knowledgeable person. He provided a thorough service to our generator. As a result of his testing he found a problem with the unit, which he addressed and repaired. We are extremely happy with his service and the company Alternate Power Solutions. Evan came to our home for the 6 month check and he found that we had a small gas leak. He notified me and fixed it within an hour. He was efficient, knowledgeable an polite. He is welcome any time. Alternate Power Solutions, I would highly recommend for anybody who needs a generator or to have generators maintained.
