I highly recommend All American shutters & Glass for replacing my existing windows with PGT impact windows! Eric Barreca, Senior Executive Sales Representative was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, returned all my calls promptly and oversaw the entire project from start to finish. Everything came out as promised! The crew was very professional, finished installing ALL the windows and doors on my house in ONE day and cleaned everything up to my satisfaction. The installation was very done extremely well with no significant damage to my drywall or exterior. I was highly impressed with their work. The new windows and sliding glass doors made a huge difference in reducing the exterior noise that I used to hear. I can already feel the house being much cooler. I definitely feel it was a worthwhile investment!

It has been over one year since our original consultation with All American Shutters & Doors, and this has been one of the most frustrating and costly experiences of our entire project.

Their business practices are extremely poor. Phone calls and follow-ups were consistently ignored, and communication was almost nonexistent unless we chased them repeatedly.

They mismeasured our openings, and as a result the windows arrived the wrong size not once, but twice. These mistakes completely delayed our project, costing us significant additional money. Because the home cannot be finished, we have been forced to continue paying rent and other expenses when we should have already moved back in.

Despite the delays being entirely due to their errors and mishandling of the windows and doors, they refused to offer any credit, compensation, or accountability for the time, money, and stress they caused.

If you value your time, your budget, or clear communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been expensive, exhausting, and completely avoidable with basic professionalism.
The 1 star goes to sales associate Eric Barreca who Always answered and returned calls, Unfortunately, once the original order was complete, he was no longer part of the process.
Save yourself time, money, and massive frustration, and do not use this company.

Don’t let these people do anything for you the crew argued all day left my bathroom nasty my couches full of dust from their work they didn’t care to cover none of my furniture and when I contacted them they took 3days to finally tell me it’s in the contract that they don’t clean but that they cover to protect furniture only ,,they didn’t!!! I sat there and WATCHED as the plastic flew off and one crew member told the other one leave it be it’s unavoidable they don’t care to cover your things and will leave your home disgusting and unlivable leaving you to clean up all the mess their unprofessional crew members left!! They argue like kids the whole day some sitting around wasting time Don’t hire them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our entire community is preparing for hurricane Ian and many homes are missing shutters, or in my case have to figure out how to read this sloppy labeling. They made it seem like everything was in order when installed but clearly this company is lacking in quality. I counted 10 (so far) neighbors who are missing shutters completely and have had trouble getting ahold of anyone that can help.

I had a great experience with All-American Shutters & Glass. From the start, Eric their sales rep, walked me through all the different window options that was right for my condo, and immediately came out for a visit. He didn't give me any sort of pressure sales-tactics, he simply walked through all the options and therefore, made me feel much more educated about the products and installation process. I really appreciated that aspect. The windows came quicker than anticipated and the installment process was very smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric and the All American Shutters and Glass team.
