After meeting with 6 companies back in January, we decided to go with Absolute to replace all the windows in our home and we are so happy we did. Everyone we dealt with from our sales rep, installers, project manager, service team to the office staff were extremely pleasant and nice to work with. Chandler and Landon who installed our windows were very courteous and cleaned up each day after they were done and the process was overall very smooth.

Absolute Window recently completed a full-house installation of new impact windows. This is the second home they’ve done for us, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They handled the permit process and even helped prepare all the HOA documents, which made everything so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.
It’s easy to give a 5 star rating to Absolute Window and Door because they 100% earn it. Their online reviews were the reason we considered them for the job in the first place but it wasn’t until we met the salesman, Brian Law, and then the operations staff at their very well organized facilities that we were convinced they were the right company for the job. In fact we chose Absolute Window and Door even though their price was a bit higher than the quote we received from another reputable firm. It was worth every dollar. The value we received from Absolute in terms of quality of materials and clean, organized, professional installation, attention to details, respect for ones property and schedules, plus proactive communication to keep us abreast is beyond anything we could have imagined. They deserve all the accolades. And they are truly a team. They work together in synchronized harmony. That’s because all the work is done by very well trained and supervised staff and not a third party. For me it says a lot when you deal with employees that voice their pleasure in working for their company. It’s a long cast of characters and I hope I didn’t miss anyone but kudos to the window installers, Matt, Landon, and Jeremy, the door installer Eddie, supervisors and quality inspectors, Tyler, Trevor, and Mark, service techs, Mariah, Mark, and Sean, service manager, Phil Manganelli, and installation coordinator, Jody Simons who kept us informed and everything moving along smoothly every step of the way. I highly recommend the team at Absolute Window and Door for your next window and door replacement/beautification project! They are truly The A Team!
