The Stratford is essentially the sole sizable apartment community sitting fully inside The Crossings CDP boundary, a Kendall-area suburb otherwise built out with single-family homes, townhomes, and owner-occupied condos. Its Spanish-tile architecture and saltwater pool give it a resort feel, and the location puts residents close to neighborhood shopping plazas without needing to leave the CDP.
