Common complaints

Our take
Sand Cove Apartments is a renovated, waterfront 1973-built community and effectively the only traditional apartment complex within St. Pete Beach's city limits, since the barrier-island rental market otherwise runs almost entirely on individually owned condo units and vacation rentals. With just one renter review on file so far, prospective renters should tour in person to judge current management quality for themselves.
