Several other complexes commonly marketed as "Sarasota Springs" apartments (Venue Live Oak, Marigot Bay, Beneva Oaks, Bahia Vista Estates) were confirmed to actually sit in the City of Sarasota or adjacent CDPs once checked against official boundaries.
