Our take
Trivela — the 1990-built community formerly known as The Addison at Parkside — is one of the east side's larger value options, trading modern amenities for lower rents on family-sized units. Feedback is genuinely mixed: praised maintenance personnel on one hand, parking chaos and inconsistent management on the other. Suited to budget-focused renters who tour in person and set expectations accordingly.
