Quick take on ARIUM Lakeview
ARIUM Lakeview is a waterfront, value-oriented community in Ocoee's West Oaks area with two pools and a private dock, popular with renters wanting more affordable one- and two-bedroom options. Reviews lean positive overall with a real minority of dissatisfied residents, and prospective renters should factor in ARIUM's bundled utility and amenity fees when budgeting.
What residents like
- Waterfront setting with a private dock is a differentiator not found at most other Ocoee communities
- Two pools and both indoor and outdoor fitness centers give it one of the larger amenity footprints among lower-priced Ocoee options
- The majority of a substantial 21-review sample rates the community positively
- Among the more affordable one-bedroom options in this research relative to nearby newer builds
Reported concerns
- A real minority of reviews are strongly negative, so results vary and prospective renters should ask about recent maintenance response
Other things to verify
- Built in 1999, so unit finishes and building systems are older than Ocoee's newer communities unless recently renovated
- ARIUM's bundled amenity/utility fees (electric, water, internet, pest control) add meaningfully to the advertised base rent
