Playa Apartments is a small mid-rise community directly on US-1 in central Key Largo, offering renovated one- and two-bedroom units with in-unit laundry a short walk from the water. It's one of the few purpose-built rental communities in Key Largo rather than a converted condo, which helps explain why it commands some of the highest per-square-foot rents in the neighborhood.
