Our take
Portofino Vineyards is a large master rental community in the Three Oaks area of south Fort Myers, split into The Grove, The Orchard, and The Woodlands, and is one of the few places locally to rent a new-style single-family home through a leasing office. Feedback splits between praise for maintenance and individual staff versus frustration with management consistency. Good for renters near FGCU who want more space than a standard apartment.
