Dana is amazing. She has always been there for us through scheduling, etc. We just love her. Matt is great. He has been servicing our unit for years and very efficient and always here for us. Thank you Zabatt for having awesome people assist.

Would never ever buy a compressor from these guys again. We bought a new 15HP screw compressor from them. Had our first 500 hour service performed from them; oil analysis cam back with so much dirt and water it was off the carts. Our machine has it own enclosure and is in its own enclosed shed. There is no way for that much contamination to ever enter the compressors oil system. They sold us a bad compressor and now want over a 1/3 of the purchase price to change the oil that shouldn't need to be changed for another 7500 hours. Beware if you buy anything from them as they will sell you junk.

They want $340 in Travel Fees from Jacksonville to St Augustine. Still $340 Travel Fee even when I said I could wait until they were in the area next (no matter). PLUS 2 hour minimum at $140/hr for service call. When I asked for a Maintenance Plan they said that would take 4-5 months just to get a quote. Even though purchased from them and unit never worked they said "that unit was sold as is." It is a used unit. There are other Generac Service Centers.

I called Zabatt to help repair my air compressor they wanted 100 bucks per hr Plus 275 Bucks travel and they are based in Jax Fl And I live in St Augustine 275 bucks travel for less then 50 mi and they didnt even put a wrench on it yet . Then they tell me that that their scheduler would get back to me really 350 bucks for a service fee ? I dont like the fact they get 275 bucks for travel for less then 50 mi really?
