Had John the technician from Premier Power Systems out today to fix my no-start issue on my Generac. Prompt service, super technician, lots of knowledge, and had the generator fixed ASAP! Highly recommend their service. And special thx to Malinda in the office for all her help too. 5-stars!

I had a red light indicating something was wrong on my Generac generator. I call the dealer that installed it. They wanted $700 - that's not a typo - $700 to come out for a service call. Then I called Premier Power Systems and the wonderful lady on the phone asked me what the error code was and when I told her she walked me through four or five steps to fix the problem myself. Red light gone, green light on! She saved me $700 and Premier Power Systems got a customer for life. They will be doing the service on my Generac from now on!

This outfit is awesome. They installed and maintain my emergency generator. This is all they do, so they know their job well. Everyone I interfaced with is knowledgeable and professional. Unequivocally recommend !

We have always had a very positive experience with Premier Power Systems. However, our recent experience was fantastic. On Friday, August 16, about 4:30 pm, all our power shut down in our house. We had already had a severe lightning strike at our home on August 10 that destroyed all our TVs, garage door opener, etc. We at that time had power but when the generator was scheduled to run on Friday, the generator shut down our power so that the generator wouldn’t be destroyed. A call to Premier brought a nice young man who replaced some parts and our power was restored. We are so very thankful for their quick response. You find out about a company and how amazing they are when you need them!

Both Lynn and Melinda (I believe that is her name) were extremely rude on the phone, very accusatory and handled the situation extremely poor. They did our install and maintenance for years. Unfortunately, I will never recommend them nor their service to anyone and will be discontinuing my service with these seemingly disrespectful and inefficient record keepers immediately. Do not waste your time or money with them. If they had negative stars I would post that. LOL

I read the reply which I find amusing. You were so rude to me and refused to listen to me and continued to interrupt me when I was trying to answer questions that you posed, if I did raise my voice, it was only to get you to acknowledge anything other than your own voice or whatever voices are in your head.

When the subcontracted electrician was to come out it was during business hours, you did get that part correct, we did tell him we could not do it that day (which we were never told about the appointment, or we would have moved it to a better time) because we were seeing clients. I know, CRAZY that we value our clients, unlike you I suppose, what a wild idea not to waste the customers time. However, we did reschedule, and YOUR subcontractor replaced it. We scheduled through them directly, if they cut you out on the profit that's not my fault.

I love that you did not reply back to me, did not return any phone calls when I expressed concerns, but you did reply to the post, still years later responding.

I am UPDATING my post to anyone reading this looking for a long term generator company... SNYDER has a generator maintenance service and they are excellent!! Ask for Wayne, he is fabulous, you wont be disappointed and tell them I sent you!!
