The whole process was excellent...from first meeting with our salesman to installation. Excellent communication about when our doors would arrive and no delay in delivery. Cant say enough about our installation team. Arrived early everday, cleaned up after work, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Quality of the windows was very high and the end product adds class and beauty to the entire house. Price was right and the crew was outstanding from purchase to final install. Highly recommend..

Kyle Hogue was my project manager for the installation of my windows and doors. He and his team did a great job and I highly recommend Wrights after the great experience I had. Kyle took care of all the details and was in constant communication throughout the process.

We are all leery of salespeople and companies selling just about everything and claiming they are the best. You just don’t know if you can trust people these days and we never hear the whole truth and nothing but the truth! However, recently I came across an exception. In April of 2024, my wife and I contacted several companies to install impact windows in our 1954 home. (Have Mercy, the difference in prices!) We really didn’t have any firsthand information about any of the companies we considered. It was a bit of a gamble; however, after reviewing the cost and quality, from what we could surmise, we chose Wrights Impact Window & Door, located in Lake Worth, Fla. Mr. Jay Bressler and his secretary, Mrs. Brenda Bashant, visited our home with their presentation and various samples. Since the home had several impact windows installed previously, it was our desire to complete the windows (17) and doors (2) for safety, efficiency, curb appeal and an insurance reduction. We received four different quotes and after some consideration, we landed on Wrights, in part because they were the lowest in cost of the four. Frankly, we didn’t know anything else about them.

My wife challenged the owner and project manager to make this project one of excellence, leaving no room for a less than an efficient process, including follow-up. We had many questions, and all were answered in an expedient manner by John Rodriguez, the project manager. John was kind and informative on the phone as we asked numerous questions. (How long will they take to be made?, When can you start?, How many days will it take?, Do we leave the air on?, What do I have to do in advance?, Do you guarantee the windows and doors?, Do you prepare the floors, cover the furniture, and clean up after?, Can we finance part of it and what is the rate?, What happens if one cracks or something?, etc.).

Not long after the measurements were taken, we were told the windows were in production. On May 13th and 14th, the windows arrived and the crew, led by Alain and Brightsky Installations, worked non-stop to remove the old and in with the new. The crew of 4-5 guys worked diligently at removing the old windows and preparing the windowsills for installation of the new windows. I took a day off to watch them work and understand the process. It was quite interesting! They documented all the steps by taking photos and submitted them for the inspector to verify at the conclusion of the project. Alain and his crew completed the work in two days!

On the morning of the third day, the inspector reviewed the permits and all the installs. He asked that an additional screw be added to the single hung windows. One of the crew was at the house cleaning all the windows and made the repair within the half hour. I followed the inspector outside and asked him about the install. He said, “I review many of these installs and Wrights always attends to details and is an excellent company!”

If you are considering a very quiet space inside your home, curb appeal, safety and protection from storms and intruders, you will want to call Wrights Windows and Doors. My wife and I can’t say enough about the professionalism exhibited, including an excellent and proficient process with kind people. We love our new windows and have decided to complete the entire home by adding two new doors.

Note: Check out the pictures (before, during and after)!

Sincerely,

Alan & Kim Miller

It took about 10 months to get my windows. Once they installed my windows they said they would come back and install screw covers at a later date. They never came back. Called asking for payment before job was completed. Finally they put screw covers in. The windows were leaking terribly. Took months for someone to respond. Drywall, paint, flooring damage, no compensation for these items. 6 months after they repaired the 3 windows 1 of them are still leaking and has ruined my floors, drywall and entire living room smells like mold. I would not recommend this company.
