I wanted an extra-heavy-duty cage. The salesman accommodated my requests and many questions very well. I selected Upright because of a reference, and I am very glad that I did. The cement-filled posts and long re-bar are a huge factor for my desire to have a storm-proof cage. The installation crew was very efficient, thorough, professional, and they were all English-speaking Americans, which is pretty rare for contractors in Florida. The on-site supervisor went the extra mile to ensure that the installation was excellent even though there were some obstacles that were not their fault. Their quality control inspector was very thorough and informative. It was a great experience. The cost difference was minor for an extra-heavy-duty cage by Upright Aluminum compared to prices that I got for not-so-good "standard" cages by other contractors. Bottom line is they did a great job at a reasonable price, on time, and no b.s.. My only complaint is the salesman tried to talk me out of using "no-see-um" screen, saying that I do not need it even though my yard overlooks a pond. I am glad that I insisted on the extra-cost upgrade, because we now have a cage with no-see-um screen on the walls and roof which not only keeps the bugs out, but it also provides a very noticeably better sun-blocking effect compared to regular screen. Some cage builders say that the no-see-um screen can't be used on the roof of the cage because the rain water will not pass through quickly enough to avoid puddling, but Upright's salesman assured me that was not true and he is absolutely right. I will highly recommend this company and all of the employees that I encountered in the process.

I work in pool construction and have had upright build tons of screen for my clients; they are one of the quickest to respond and are very fair on pricing. Both Randy and Eric are friendly, responsive, and they do a great job. I would highly recommend them for any screen cage needs.

I just had a 12x15 screen enclosure installed with a paver base. I love it! They were great to work with and got all of the paperwork done and submitted with my HOA and the county for permits quickly. The screen enclosure looks great!

We had pool and cage installed late in 2016, our cage is the only one standing in our neighborhood. It is very solid and very happy with the construction. I have a minor screen repair needed, I am waiting for the repair to be made. I am also still waiting on my roof to be replaced so in the big picture I understand how busy everyone is and will be understanding and have patience. I would recommend Upright.
