Scheduled an appointment a week ago due to septic problems and I needed to be there so I cleared my schedule for the afternoon for an afternoon appointment. Driver called at 9:38 am to say he had to go to the west side of the county and would be at my place in 30 min. I called to say I was at work and could not be there. He said I see you made the appointment a week ago. Sometimes that is hard because we have emergencies. It is bike week and we have places with issues. I told him, well I have an issue too! I made an appointment and cleared my schedule and now your not coming. I Called the office and said forget it, I'll get someone else. Ridiculous

WOODY'S SEPTIC TANK SERICE IS JUST "THE BEST". We needed a new drain field. Unfortunately, our first experience with All Daytona Septic was a disaster. When we switched to Woody's, the estimator, Rocky, was professional and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable. He anticipated issues with the installation in our small yard area; showing upmost respect and concern for our landscaping and gardens. When the installers, (Tony and Jim) arrived, they too were prepared and extremely concerned about our landscaping. They worked diligently to move dirt and dig the huge hole necessary without damage to our yard. We were so impressed!! In fact, I would say that OUR LANDSCAPING WAS NICER "AFTER" THE INSTALLATION. We could not believe it and could not have been more satisfied!!! We want to sincerely thank WOODY'S (Rocky, Tony, & Jim) for their outstanding job.

Used Woody's for a septic install in lake helen. Wasn't too bad. They accidentally installed drain field into neighboring lot. Quickly came back and relocated it. Although a bit back pitch and off level it works. Called about about and quote for a second property. Paid deposit, and they took off with money. I called and called and just got blown off. Had to get attorney involved to call them and request money to be paid back. After that I would never use or recommend this company...
