I had a similar experience to another reviewer. I used them twice over two years for septic tank service. The lady on the phone was cold as ice and abrupt both times. This time I also spoke with the technician that did the service twice and he was worst. I am just reinforcing their attitude by giving them my business, so we are done with them.

I like to start by saying the phone answering machine is professional but not the live person. First the girl is rude said she’d check on status of my service 3 hrs later still nothing so I call again then she said oh I guess he got busy on another job I’ll have to reschedule you. Now I cancelled doctors appointment waited all day with no word at all. I told her no that’s fine you could have given me the courtesy to tell me you’re not gonna show up so no I don’t want to reschedule . Her reply oh well okay then and hung up. Great customer service NOT !
Won’t get my business again and I’ll find a reputable place to install my drain field.

This company is top notch. I called and spoke with Kerry and had an appointment to check some holes around my septic system the next business day.

Carl (the technician) showed up and reviewed my issue. Advised me his professional opinion and made the repairs. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard as good as possible after digging up a few spots to investigate my problem.

I am not sure of the going rate for a septic service call, but the $175 I paid was worth every penny. From the receptionist to the technician, everyone was very professional and courteous.

I had called another company that the previous home owner had used. Twice I left a message with their receptionist and a week later, still have not received a call back.

Guess it's true, you do get what you pay for. :)

Honest and dependable. They saved me $4000 by certifying my tank when another company lied about it and said I need a new one.
