Woodie's Wash Shack - Cypress Creek

This car wash is incredible. The customer service is top-tier. I specifically wanted to mention Chase he helped me get my wash through the system easy I didn’t even have to get out since my car is low. Wade directed me in and made sure to help me find the N button on my new Tesla! Phil was amazing once I pulled around sure that I was happy with my car and the service that was provided and even helped me dry off the back considering I had a two year-old so it was super helpful with the time. Recommend going here and making sure your car looks great cause they really do care. My car is glowing!

New car wash in Wesley Chapel. This place is awesome and JASON took the time to explain every gadget at the vacuum station and even dried my car.... Great service and the staff very friendly. Free car wash Today Dec 20th.

Excellent car wash and Great for sports cars with nice wheels and spoilers/front lips! I have a Audi A3 I usually was by hand, but this is the only car wash I will run my car through! Plus the vacuums are crazy strong, and staff is always polite! overall best around in my book!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this car wash.
I recently purchased my car from an official dealer, and it had just been professionally polished and ceramic coated before I bought it. A few days later, I stopped by this car wash for a quick wash, even though I always avoided automatic washes because they tend to scratch cars. Unfortunately, my intuition was right.

Right after exiting the wash, I went to the vacuum area and noticed clear scratches all over the right side of my vehicle — scratches that were NOT there before and were obviously caused inside the automatic wash. I took photos immediately as proof.

I called the manager over, and he was surprised, admitted the damage looked fresh, took photos himself, and opened a claim. He told me I would receive an answer within two days. Instead, almost a week passed with no updates.

When I finally got a callback, it was from a manager named Sam, who was extremely unprofessional. He wasn’t even present when the incident happened and hadn’t seen the car in person, yet he denied the claim with the excuse that “no other cars had issues that day.”
That is a ridiculous and unacceptable excuse, not real customer service.

This car wash damaged my vehicle and refuses to take responsibility.
I will never return here again.
I will also be filing a claim through their insurance and taking this matter to court if necessary.

Very unprofessional business — avoid if you care about your car.
